The Irish Corporate Law Forum (ICLF) is an independent, members-based organisation dedicated to fostering discussion on legal issues of both practical and academic significance in corporate law and corporate governance in Ireland.
As a forum for professional engagement, the ICLF organises seminars and conferences that offer timely insights and expert debate on key developments in corporate law and governance. Events are carefully designed to meet the evolving needs of members, with speakers selected for their expertise and ability to deliver high-quality presentations.
ICLF places strong emphasis on delivering engaging visuals, take-home materials, and access to an exclusive online members’ library.

With a background as a commercial solicitor and principal officer in the Law Reform Commission, Deirdre has made significant contributions to corporate law through national and international publications, research, and legal commentary. She is the author of Directors’ Duties: Law and Practice (Round Hall, 2009) and a contributing editor to Gore-Browne on Companies.
